Nova – Nova approached the rewrite like a system reboot with extra pyrotechnics: bigger kicks, brighter stabs, and a mainstage drop designed to feel like the runway itself crashing through the PA. Under The Diva’s “intense guidance,” she rebuilt Riff’s elegant trance skeleton into a full big-room detonation but refused to do it alone—she kept Riff in the room, stealing her favorite melodic turns and shouty little hook ideas so the new version still carried Riff’s DNA. The result is canon now, and whenever it plays, Riff just grins and yells, “Told you the ‘hiya’ was the hook,” from the side of the booth.
